Job summary

Holman Enterprises, with Autopark Honda as part of its dealer network, is seeking a Lot Attendant to maintain inventory, assist Sales/Service, and ensure orderly vehicle flow on the lot. You will meet customers, tag and park vehicles, and keep the service drive tidy while supporting the team with vehicle movement and safety.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving history.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current valid driver’s license is required.
• Clean driving record with no blemishes is required.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients in the service drive.
• Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day.
• Park vehicles after advisor check-in and pull them from the lot after service completion.
• Keep the service drive neat, traffic flowing, and organized.
• Transport vehicles to/from wash as needed.
• Track completed waiting vehicles from wash and move them promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
