Job summary

Holman is hiring a Lot Attendant for Leith Honda in Raleigh. You will greet customers in the service drive, tag vehicles for tracking, and park/pull vehicles as needed. Maintain a tidy drive and ensure smooth traffic flow while assisting customers and directing them to the right personnel.

Responsibilities include vehicle safety, reporting issues, and supporting other duties as assigned. Regular hours are Monday–Friday with some Saturdays; compensation starts at $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current valid driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.

Leith Honda currently has outstanding opportunities for a Lot Attendant to join our family.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Meet and Greet clients in the service drive
• Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day
• Parking vehicles after advisor check in, pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives
• Keeping the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently
• Getting vehicles to/from wash as needed
• Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction
• Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid driver's license

Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm, every other Saturday

Compensation : $15/hr
