Job summary

Holman81 Autopark Honda in Cary is seeking a Lot Attendant to maintain inventory appearance and support Sales and Service teams. You will tag, park, and move vehicles, ensure neat drives, and assist customers with inquiries while upholding safety and security standards.

The position features a 4-day rotating schedule (Mon-Sat) with typical hours in the 7 AM–6 PM range, plus Holman81s comprehensive benefits and employee development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid drivers license.
• Clean driving record, no blemishes.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients in the service drive.
• Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day.
• Park vehicles after advisor check-in; pull vehicles down after completion when client arrives.
• Keep the service drive neat and traffic moving efficiently.
• Get vehicles to/from wash as needed.
• Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and directing them to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting issues to management.

Autopark Honda in Cary has an outstanding opportunity for a Lot Attendant to join the Holman family.

Primary Responsibilities

Our Lot Attendant is responsible for keeping inventory neat and well maintained, by also keeping the vehicles in proper places. Lot Attendants provide support to Sales or Service departments in maintaining all vehicles condition under the dealerships care and ensure all vehicle pathways maintain proper flow.

Responsible for

• Meet and Greet clients in the service drive

• Park vehicles after advisor check in, pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives
• Keep the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently
• Get vehicles to/from wash as needed
• Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction
• Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately
• Other duties as assigned

Hours

4-day work week would consist of a rotating schedule Monday to Saturday. Monday - Friday hours are 7 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM.
