Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1 year of retail loss prevention or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast changing environment.
• Direct and motivate a diverse population of full-time and part-time team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Loss Prevention activities and investigations.
• Detect and apprehend customers involved in theft.
• Monitor cash over/shorts and audit via exception reporting.
• Partner with Inventory Control to reduce inventory shrink.
• Conduct Loss Prevention investigations related to incidents.
• Maintain locking systems, CCTV, and alarms.
• Train and oversee Loss Prevention team members.
• Manage high-risk product tagging and security wrapping.
• Ensure safety and security of premises, employees, and customers.
• Oversee store fire and physical security testing.
