Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Loss Prevention Investigator to help protect assets and reduce shrink across our stores. You will work closely with store leadership, conduct surveillance, and respond to theft-related incidents following company guidelines.

The role involves maintaining accurate incident records, coordinating with local law enforcement, and supporting safety and policy compliance. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior loss prevention experience a plus, and a flexible

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous loss prevention or related experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts surveillance and apprehensions of external theft suspects in compliance with company guidelines.
• Monitors customer and Team Member activity to prevent potential theft of Company assets.
• Assists with monitoring store compliance with company policies and procedures on theft deterrence, safety, and operations controls.
• Accurately completes all statistical and incident reports. Maintains all apprehension and investigation records according to company standards.
• Work closely with local law enforcement and court officials.
