Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Loss Prevention professional in Delavan, WI to oversee LP activities, investigations, and safety across the store. The role requires coordinating with Inventory Control, supervising a team, and maintaining CCTV/alarm systems to protect assets and people.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail loss prevention or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and relationship-building in fast-changing environments.
• Ability to direct and motivate a diverse team of full-time and part-time members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Loss Prevention activities and investigations.
• Detect and deter theft and apprehend offenders when appropriate.
• Monitor cash over/short and audit using exception reports.
• Partner with Inventory Control to reduce shrink.
• Maintain security systems including CCTV and alarms.
• Train and supervise Loss Prevention team members.
• Ensure safety of premises, employees, and customers.
• Oversee store security and fire systems testing.
