Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• 1 year of retail loss prevention or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast changing environment.
• Must direct and motivate a diverse population including full- and part-time team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Loss Prevention activities and conduct investigations.
• Detect and apprehend customers involved in theft.
• Monitor cash over/shorts and audits through exception reporting.
• Partner with Inventory Control to reduce inventory shrink.
• Train and oversee all Loss Prevention team members.
• Oversee security systems, CCTV, and alarms.
