• Conduct operational audits and security inspections to ensure policy adherence.
• Partner with store personnel to address opportunities for improvement.
• Foster a culture of honesty and control in the store.
• Recruit and train Loss Prevention staff and supervise team members.
• Maintain customer service awareness.
• Represent Kohl's in legal proceedings as needed.
• Additional tasks may be assigned.
