• Identify theft trends within assigned location(s).
• Execute theft prevention strategies and internal investigations to reduce exposure.
• Implement store programs addressing theft, safety, inventory, and shortage control.
• Communicate shortage opportunities to store leaders.
• Conduct audits and security inspections to ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with store personnel to address opportunities for improvement.
• Train and supervise Loss Prevention staff where applicable.
• Maintain customer service awareness and represent Kohl’s in legal proceedings as needed.
