Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor to help protect assets and profitability by deterring external theft, guiding investigations, and reducing shortages. You will work with store and corporate leaders to implement programs and drive awareness.

You will lead and train Loss Prevention Associates, conduct audits, partner with law enforcement when needed, and maintain a customer-centric store environment while upholding Kohl's policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention, security, or retail preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems a plus.
• Proficiency with standard computer software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Identify external and internal theft trends for the assigned location.
• Execute prevention strategies including deterring theft and internal investigations.
• Lead store awareness programs addressing theft, safety, inventory, and shortage control.
• Communicate shortage opportunities to leadership teams.
• Conduct audits and security inspections to ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with store personnel to drive improvements.
• Foster a culture of integrity and control.
• Recruit and train Loss Prevention staff; supervise officers and specialists.
• Maintain customer service focus in all activities.
• Represent Kohl's in legal proceedings when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
