Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify theft trends within assigned locations.
• Execute theft prevention strategies and internal investigations.
• Implement awareness programs addressing theft, safety, inventory and shortage control.
• Communicate shortage opportunities to leaders.
• Conduct operational audits and security inspections for policy compliance.
• Partner with store personnel for improvements.
• Train and mentor Loss Prevention staff where applicable.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
