• Execute theft prevention strategies and internal investigations.
• Implement store awareness programs for theft, safety, and inventory.
• Communicate shortage opportunities to leaders.
• Conduct audits and security inspections for policy compliance.
• Partner with store personnel to improve operations.
• Foster honesty and perceived control in the store.
• Recruit and train Loss Prevention staff and supervise officers.
• Maintain customer service standards.
• Represent Kohl's in legal proceedings as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
