Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor to protect assets and improve profitability by executing programs around external theft deterrence, internal investigations, and shortage control.

You will train associates, lead teams, and partner with store leaders, law enforcement, and local groups to reduce shortage and strengthen loss-prevention practices while maintaining customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify external and internal theft trends within assigned location(s).
• Execute theft prevention strategies, including deterring theft and internal investigations.
• Implement store awareness programs addressing theft, safety, inventory and shortage control.
• Communicate shortage opportunities to leaders.
• Conduct operational audits and security inspections for policy compliance.
• Partner with store personnel to address opportunities for improvement.
• Promote a culture of honesty and control within the store.
• Recruit and train Loss Prevention staff; lead supervisees in select locations.
• Maintain customer service awareness.
• Represent Kohl’s in legal proceedings as needed.
• Additional tasks may be assigned.
