Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure environment at entrances and on the floor.
• Provide visible command presence and greet customers.
• Monitor for safety issues and assist leadership with LP directives.
• Remove clutter and ensure clear egress to exits.
• Mitigate theft indicators and communicate findings to leadership.
• Support shortage reduction and train associates on procedures.
• Represent the Ross brand with professional appearance.
