Job summary

UNIQLO in Miami Beach is hiring a Loss Prevention Agent for our grand opening team. Starting salary is $24.50 per hour. This full-time role focuses on loss prevention and safety management to protect employees and store assets.

You will train staff on LP policy, detain shoplifters as needed, report incidents, and assist investigations. A high school diploma and 1–2 years retail LP experience preferred; proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail Loss Prevention experience preferred.
• Ability to physically apprehend suspects as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure knowledge and enforcement of LP/safety policy and standards.
• Train store employees on LP and safety policies and ensure compliance.
• Detect and deter shoplifters according to company protocol.
• Monitor potential theft suspicions and address concerns with LP Manager.
• Prepare incident, accident and investigative reports per guidelines.
• Assist management with investigations of policy violations.
• Support shortage reduction initiatives including audits and inventories.
• Respond to alarm calls as needed and participate in special projects.
