UNIQLO, a brand of Fast Retailing Co., Ltd., is opening a new Miami location at Aventura Mall. We are seeking a Loss Prevention Agent to oversee safety, prevent theft, and protect people and assets.

Starting pay is $24.50 per hour, with opportunities to grow as part of a dynamic opening team. You will train staff on LP policies, investigate incidents, prepare reports, and support audits and safety initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to physically apprehend and detain shoplifters.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Must work nights and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail Loss Prevention experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure knowledge of LP/safety policy, procedure and standards.
• Train staff on LP policy and safety procedures.
• Detect and capture shoplifters per company protocol.
• Monitor potential employee theft suspicions.
• Prepare incident, accident and investigative reports.
• Assist management in investigations of policy violations.
• Support shortage reduction initiatives and audits.
• Respond to alarm calls as needed.
• Special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of current and past investigations.
