Job summary

UNIQLO, a brand of Fast Retailing Co., Ltd., is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent to protect people and assets. You will implement LP/safety policies, train staff, deter shoplifting, monitor suspicious activity, and prepare detailed incident and investigative reports.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, flexibility for nights and weekends, and 1–2 years in retail loss prevention. Competitive hourly compensation is provided with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in investigations preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail Loss Prevention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Detain shoplifters according to policy and procedure.
• Monitor potential employee theft suspicions.
• Prepare incident and investigative reports.
• Train staff on LP and safety policies.
• Support shortage reduction initiatives and audits.
