Job summary

UNIQLO USA, a brand of Fast Retailing Co., Ltd., seeks a Loss Prevention Agent in California to protect assets and ensure a safe guest experience. You will report to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager and contribute to keeping shelves in stock.

You will train staff, investigate incidents, patrol our stores, and prepare detailed loss and safety reports while maintaining confidentiality and supporting audits and counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; criminal justice degree preferred.
• Knowledgeable about surveillance equipment and security systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and travel to stores.

Responsibilities

• Train store team on loss prevention and safety policies and standards.
• Assist investigations of internal and external customers.
• Patrol the store and post in designated areas as directed by LPM.
• Identify shortage risks and service customers per standards.
• Prepare incident reports for safety, injury, theft, cash handling, and shortages.
• Identify inventory shortages and partner on solutions.
• Notify management of safety or loss risks.
• Support audits and inventory counts.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
