Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Experience in loss prevention or investigations preferred.
• Ability to physically apprehend and assist in detentions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure knowledge and enforcement of LP/safety policies.
• Train store employees on LP and safety procedures.
• Detect and deter shoplifting according to protocol.
• Monitor potential employee theft suspicions.
• Prepare incident and investigative reports per guidelines.
• Assist management in investigations of policy violations.
