Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to help maintain a safe and secure workplace across facilities including distribution center, Customer Care call center, and corporate office in Indianapolis, Indiana.

You will monitor access, investigate incidents, and support shrink control initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma and 1–2 years in loss prevention or security, with basic MS Office or Google Suite skills and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years in loss prevention or security preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of employees and security of facilities.
• Oversee access into and out of facilities and monitor alarms/cameras.
• Conduct investigations and interviews related to theft and safety incidents.
