The Finish Line is seeking a Loss Prevention Lead in New York to oversee LP and Safety within the assigned area, demonstrating the company’s values in customer, people, winning, community, and financial responsibility through surveillance, policy enforcement, and incident reporting.
Responsibilities include coordinating with LP teams, training staff, maintaining security systems, and investigating incidents.
Leads the Loss Prevention and Safety efforts within their assigned area. This individual will effectively exhibit JD Finish Line’s core values of Customer, People, Winning, Community, and Financial Responsibility in everything they do by performing the following main duties:
High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional 1 or more years of related experience in Loss Prevention, Security, or Store Management.
Should have a basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Office or Google Suite equivalents.

Pay range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. This role will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401k, sick leave, parental leave, and company paid time off plan.
