Ross Stores is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to maintain a safe store environment by monitoring entrances/exits, greeting customers, and deter theft with a strong presence in Ross black attire. The role supports store leadership in reducing shortages and upholding company policies.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, stability in a fast-paced retail setting, and a background in loss prevention or security.

Qualifications

High School education or equivalent required.
One year retail supervisory experience or similar training preferred.
One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
Active Security Guard License preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
Excellent Customer service skills.
Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict.
Must comply with all applicable laws and background checks.

Responsabilités

Maintains a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
Greet Customers and deter theft with a courteous presence.
Monitor entrances/exits and address potential safety issues.
Collaborate with Store Leadership to minimize shortages and support Loss Prevention.
Represent Ross brand professionally and adhere to dress code.
Support compliance and loss prevention initiatives as directed.
