• Execute theft prevention strategies and internal investigations.
• Implement store awareness programs addressing theft, safety, and shortage control.
• Communicate shortage opportunities to leaders.
• Conduct operational audits and security inspections for policy compliance.
• Partner with store staff to address opportunities for improvement.
• Promote a culture of honesty and control in the store.
• Recruit and train Loss Prevention Associates; lead staff at select locations.
• Maintain customer service awareness.
• Represent Kohl’s in legal proceedings as needed.
• Additional tasks may be assigned.
