Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor to strengthen profitability by deterring theft, leading investigations, and reducing shortages across stores. You will analyze external and internal theft trends, train associates, and partner with store leaders and law enforcement to improve safety and inventory controls.

You'll recruit and mentor Loss Prevention staff, conduct store audits, and communicate opportunities for improvement while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify external and internal theft trends within assigned location(s).
• Execute theft prevention strategies and internal investigations to reduce exposure.
• Implement store awareness programs addressing theft, safety, inventory and shortage control.
• Communicate shortage opportunities to leaders.
• Conduct operational audits and security inspections to ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with store personnel to address opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and train Loss Prevention staff; manage associates and officers at select locations.
• Maintain customer service awareness.
• Represent Kohl’s on legal proceedings when needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
