Responsibilities

• Provide deterrence to dishonest behaviors with a strong presence and professional attire.
• Maintain a safe and secure store for customers and associates.
• Engage with customers and associates in high-risk areas to promote best-in-class service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of shortage areas and programs to reduce theft.
• Document indicators of external theft and support investigations with leadership.
• Assist in onboarding and ongoing training of associates in shortage reduction.
• Support inventory processes and action plans to reduce shortage.
• Model safety-first behaviors and address unsafe practices promptly.
