Kroger Co. in Coppell, Texas is seeking a dedicated Asset Protection professional to help reduce loss and safeguard store assets. You will conduct surveillance, investigations, and coordinate with law enforcement to support prosecutions.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to handle confrontational situations. Travel to division locations and weekend schedules may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct plainclothes surveillance to detect internal and external loss within a store environment.
• Conduct internal and external investigations and report findings; apprehend individuals involved in illegal acts.
• Comply with all laws and company policies when performing responsibilities.
• Conduct physical security checks; recommend loss-prevention improvements.
• Partner with law enforcement and prepare case reports for prosecution.
• Identify and resolve conditions affecting shrink, safety and profitability by auditing for compliance.
• Serve as district/division liaison to develop loss-reduction solutions.
• Complete thorough AP reports.
• Support district AP manager in executing AP initiatives.
• Ensure AP strategies are implemented at store level.
• Assist district APM with investigations.
• Testify in court and labor hearings for the company.
• Test store AP equipment (EAS, Lane Hawk, CCTV) during visits.
• Travel to locations across the division; work varied schedules including weekends.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced environments; manage conflict professionally.
