Kroger Family of Companies is seeking an Asset Protection professional to safeguard store assets. You will perform surveillance, conduct investigations, and report findings to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

The role requires coordinating with law enforcement, preparing case reports, and implementing AP strategies at the store level to reduce shrink and protect profits. A focus on integrity and customer safety is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred (Desirable).
• 1 year of retail asset protection experience preferred.
• Wicklander Certification beneficial.
• Operational knowledge of CCTV systems desired.

Responsabilités

• Conduct plainclothes surveillance to detect loss.
• Investigate internal and external theft; report findings.
• Comply with laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Perform physical security checks; recommend loss prevention improvements.
• Collaborate with law enforcement; prepare case reports.
• Identify conditions affecting shrink, safety and profitability; audit compliance.
• Serve as liaison to develop AP solutions to reduce waste.
• Prepare thorough reports on AP activities.
• Support district AP Manager in AP initiatives.
