Responsibilities

• Conduct plainclothes surveillance to detect internal and external loss.
• Investigate incidents and report findings; apprehend suspects when appropriate.
• Comply with laws, policies, and procedures in all activities.
• Perform physical security checks and recommend loss-prevention improvements.
• Partner with law enforcement and prepare case reports for prosecution.
• Testify in court or labor hearings on behalf of the company.
