• Maintains visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft.
• Greets customers and assists with questions while upholding Ross security protocols.
• Monitors for suspicious behavior and reports findings to Store Leadership/Loss Prevention.
• Supports compliance with safety and loss prevention directives and procedures.
• Participates in training and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
