Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, customer service, claims processing, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve OS&D issues to ensure timely claim resolutions.
• Compile daily Claims Reports ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Communicate with internal and external partners to gather necessary details for claims.
