Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable Regulations pertaining to this position is required.
• Must possess a valid Washington State driver’s license.
• Must be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Reviews loans for accuracy.
• Handles escalated calls.
• Assists team members with questions.
• Assists in reviewing complex accounts.
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing collection phone calls on past due and/or charged off loans.
• Sends collection letters and loan history to customers.
• Processes mail returns and related tasks.
• Quotes payoffs upon request.
• Performs skip tracing and provides customer service to branches.
