Freedom Mortgage Corporation seeks a LM Document Specialist III to perform 2nd review on incomplete packages and manage file quality across related document teams. You will assist Document Specialist I and II, coordinate with Underwriting, Foreclosure, and other stakeholders, and ensure timely, accurate documentation handling.

The role requires 1–2 years in LM Document Specialist II or related experience, with proficiency in Excel and Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with Tempo/EMDS systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and Adobe Acrobat; knowledge of various file formats.

Responsabilités

• Review incoming borrower documents and notices to borrowers.
• Notate system of record with documents still needed.
• Keep records of accounts for coaching opportunities.
• Ensure proper upload of documents into Tempo or EMDS.
• Issue letters about missing items and closure of LM review.
• Communicate with Underwriting, Mediations, Litigation, Foreclosure and SPOC teams.
• Review files with pending Foreclosure sale dates before Underwriting decision.
• Respond to emails and Comtags daily in a professional manner.
• Adhere to timelines and quality decisions for each file.
• Familiar with mortgage and financial documents.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
