Job summary

You will deliver sales and service to customers and prospects while aligning with approved procedures.

Responsibilities include negotiating payments, coordinating with operations, and analyzing data to improve recovery while protecting the Bank’s interests.

Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience in collections or related fields.
• Knowledge of consumer collections practices and related laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review delinquent, high-risk, or written-off accounts for collections opportunities.
• Advise customers on payment strategies and products meeting their objectives.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships and expand share of wallet.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track collections performance.
