• Proficiency in writing comprehensive reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statewide property inspections.
• Record onsite observations, assess condition and safety.
• Calculate CoreLogic building replacement values.
• Complete insurance underwriting reports.
• Assist agencies with building values and maintenance.
• Conduct Defensive Driving training.
