Qualifications

• Six-year combination of education and experience in commercial property inspections.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statewide property inspections.
• Identify building and roof construction type, square footage and confirm operations.
• Record onsite observations, secure photos, evaluate condition, structural integrity and safety.
• Calculate CoreLogic building replacement values.
• Complete insurance underwriting reports.
