Job summary

Leavitt Group is seeking a Loss Control Consultant to join our Leavitt Risk Advisory team in Alexandria, LA. You will partner with commercial clients to identify risks, improve safety performance, and strengthen risk management strategies to protect people, operations, and the bottom line.

You will conduct on-site and virtual assessments, analyze claims data and OSHA records, develop practical data-driven recommendations, and deliver training and guidance on workplace safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in loss control, safety consulting, or risk management.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and virtual assessments of client operations, facilities, and safety programs to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong client relationships and support client retention, growth, and overall program success.
• Analyze claims data, OSHA records, and loss trends to uncover opportunities and help clients reduce losses and improve safety outcomes.
• Develop practical, data-driven recommendations that support safer workplaces and stronger business operations.
• Deliver training, resources, and guidance on workplace safety, accident prevention, incident investigation, fleet safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Help clients build and strengthen safety programs, employee engagement initiatives, and proactive risk management practices.
• Partner with Producers, Account Executives, Claims Advocates, underwriters, and carrier representatives to deliver comprehensive risk management solutions.
