Ideal candidates hold a safety engineering degree, have 7+ years in loss control, and demonstrate strong communication skills and leadership. Willingness to travel is required to serve national accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in loss control or safety management.
• Experience with large, complex risk management accounts.
• Client-facing consulting and leadership abilities.
• Certified Safety Professional preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan and implement accident and claim prevention strategies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor loss control service plans.
• Analyze loss data to identify trends and remedial measures.
• Support client prospecting, sales and renewal presentations.
• Partner with carrier counterparts on client service.
• Provide written safety training materials and face-to-face client training.
• Keep current on federal/state safety laws affecting clients.
• Attend meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
