AKUA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INC. seeks a Territory Manager to own a designated Los Angeles County territory and drive referrals and admissions growth. You'll spend most time in the field meeting partners, developing relationships, and increasing awareness of Akua's programs and services.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, networking, and achieving measurable results, with an uncapped performance bonus and no office requirement.

Qualificações

• Must reside in Greater Los Angeles and travel daily within the territory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work independently while managing a territory.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable for results.
• Experience in client-facing sales, outreach, or account management.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and manage referral relationships throughout Los Angeles County.
• Develop new referral partnerships with hospitals, treatment providers, clinicians, EAPs, colleges, and healthcare orgs.
• Educate referral partners on Akua's programs and services.
• Create and execute territory growth strategies.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and community meetings.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Clinical teams to support client placement.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and referral documentation.
• Meet and exceed outreach activity and performance goals.
• Represent Akua professionally within the community.
