Job summary

Akua Mind Body is seeking a Territory Manager to own a designated Los Angeles County territory and develop professional referral relationships with hospitals, providers, and other healthcare partners. You will focus on growing partnerships, expanding market presence, and driving admissions growth across the region.

You will spend the majority of time in the field meeting with referral partners, educating them about Akua's programs, and executing territory growth strategies to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Must live in Greater Los Angeles area and travel daily within the territory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while managing a territory.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and accountable for results.
• Past success in client-facing sales, outreach or account management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage referral relationships throughout Los Angeles County.
• Develop new referral partnerships with hospitals, treatment providers, clinicians, EAPs, colleges, universities, and healthcare organizations.
• Educate referral partners on Akua's programs and services.
• Create and execute territory growth strategies.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and community meetings.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Clinical teams to support client placement.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and referral documentation.
• Meet and exceed outreach activity and performance goals.
• Represent Akua professionally within the community.
