Beyond Meat, Inc. in the Greater Los Angeles area is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate Beyond Immerse, our Ready-to-Drink platform.

You will connect distributors, retailers, and leadership to drive distribution and profitable sales growth in Los Angeles and surrounding Southern California. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with a challenger-brand mindset and strong field presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in beverage, CPG, food service, or consumer packaged goods sales.
• Experience working with distributors, retailers, and/or DSD environments preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and execution throughout Los Angeles and Greater Southern California.
• Build profitable volume via expanded distribution, merchandising, and promotions.
• Conduct distributor visits, accounts calls, and market engagement to identify growth.
• Secure new distribution points, displays, and incremental shelf space.
• Educate and support distributor sales teams through trainings and market activity.
• Ensure promotion, planogram, and POS execution aligns with programs.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to suggest strategic actions.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on launches and activations.
• Communicate opportunities and challenges to internal stakeholders clearly.
• Travel throughout the territory as needed to cover markets.
