Job summary

Beyond Meat is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth of Beyond Immerse in the Greater New York market. You will drive execution with distributors and retailers, expanding distribution, improving visibility, and executing promotions across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in beverage/CPG sales, strong relationships, and the ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in beverage, CPG, food service, or consumer packaged goods sales.
• Experience with distributors, retailers, and/or DSD environments preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and execution across the Greater New York territory.
• Build profitable volume through expanded distribution, merchandising, and promotions.
• Conduct distributor market visits and influential accounts calls to strengthen retail execution.
• Secure new distribution points, displays, and incremental shelf space.
• Educate and support distributor sales teams through trainings and market engagements.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on launches and local activations.
• Communicate market opportunities and challenges clearly to stakeholders.
• Prioritize territory focus based on retailer initiatives and promotions.
• Represent Beyond Meat with professionalism and growth mindset.
