Job summary

Dial-a-Nurse is currently hiring experienced professional caregivers to provide Hourly, Live-In, and Weekend care for our clients in Naples. Part Time/Full Time.

Flexible hours, Days/Nights/Overnights/Weekends availability. Our caregivers are responsible for the physical care and emotional support of our clients who may no longer be able to take care of themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability.

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience required; 6 months+ preferred.
• CNA or HHA license (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs).
• Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social & emotional support.
• Assist with personal care activities: hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation.
• Keep safety, client enjoyment and well-being top of mind at all times.
• Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed.
• Detailed documentation of completion of tasks.
• Report changes in client condition or behavior to the Care Manager/Staffing Coordinator.

The ideal candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. This person will always encourage and remain empathetic to the clients.

Essential Responsibilities

• Alert Care Manager / Staffing Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift
