Dial-a-Nurse is seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home care in Naples, Marco Island, Fort Myers, and Lee County. Responsibilities include companionship, ADLs, personal care, and light housekeeping. Part-time and full-time positions with flexible day, night, and weekend shifts are available.

Pay is $16.00 per hour with weekly pay, direct deposit, and 24/7 caregiver support. CNA or HHA license is preferred, with caregiving experience of at least 6 months recommended.

Caregiving experience preferred (6 months).

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) and mobility.
Help with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Ensure safety, monitor client condition, and report changes.

We are currently hiring experienced professional caregivers to provide care for our clients in Naples, Marco Island, Fort Myers, and Lee County.

Part Time/Full Time * Flexible hours, Days/Nights/Overnight/Weekend availability. We have LOTS of NEW cases rolling in daily!

Our Caregivers are responsible for the physical care and emotional support of our clients who may no longer be able to take care of themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The ideal candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. This person will always encourage and remain empathetic to the clients

Essential Responsibilities

Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social & emotional support
Assist with personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
Keep order, safety, and client enjoyment top of mind at all times
Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed
Detailed documentation of completion of tasks
Report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior
Alert Care Manager / Staffing Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift
