Job summary

Dial-a-Nurse is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Naples, Marco Island, Fort Myers and Lee County. Flexible Part Time/Full Time schedules with Day/Night/Weekend shifts are available, with many new cases daily.

Caregivers provide physical care and emotional support for clients who may no longer manage daily tasks. CNA or HHA license is preferred and weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Caregiver with CNA or HHA license preferred.
• Experience caring for clients with illness or disability.
• Ability to provide personal care and companionship while maintaining dignity.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, hygiene, and meals.
• Ensure safety and client enjoyment at all times.
• Transport clients to appointments if needed.
• Document completion of tasks and report changes during shift.
• Notify supervisor of major changes or incidents.

We are currently hiring experienced professional caregivers to provide care for our clients in Naples, Marco Island, Fort Myers, and Lee County.

* Part Time/Full Time * Flexible hours, Days/Nights/Overnight/Weekend availability. We have LOTS of NEW cases rolling in daily!

Our Caregivers are responsible for the physical care and emotional support of our clients who may no longer be able to take care of themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The ideal candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. This person will always encourage and remain empathetic to the clients

Essential Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)


• Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social & emotional support


• Assist with personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation


• Keep order, safety, and client enjoyment top of mind at all times


• Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed


• Detailed documentation of completion of tasks


• Report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior


• Alert Care Manager / Staffing Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift

We provide a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
