Job summary

Dial-a-Nurse is hiring experienced professional caregivers to provide hourly and weekend care for clients in Charlotte County. The role offers part-time or full-time positions with flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends. Caregivers perform ADLs, provide companionship, assist with personal care, and may transport clients to appointments while documenting activities and reporting changes to the Care Manager. Multiple locations in FL await.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home health care preferred.
• Must be able to perform ADLs and assist with mobility.
• CNA or HHA license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs).
• Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social & emotional support.
• Assist with personal care activities to include: hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation.
• Keep order, safety, and client enjoyment top of mind at all times.
• Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed.
• Detailed documentation of completion of tasks.
• Report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior.
• Alert Care Manager / Staffing Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift.

We are currently hiring experienced professional caregivers to provide Hourly and Weekend care for our clients in Charlotte County.

• Part Time/Full Time
• Flexible hours, Days/Night/Weekends availability

Our Caregivers are responsible for the physical care and emotional support of our clients who may no longer be able to take care of themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The ideal candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. This person will always encourage and remain empathetic to the clients

We provide a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.
