Job summary

Dial-A-Nurs in Florida is seeking experienced caregivers to deliver hourly and weekend care in Charlotte County. We offer Full-time and Part-time roles with flexible hours, including days, nights and weekends.

Caregivers provide physical and emotional support, assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, light housekeeping, and meal preparation while maintaining dignity and compassion. Documentation and reliable transportation support are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred (6 months+).
• Ability to provide personal care and support with dignity and patience.
• CNA or HHA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and meal prep.
• Ensure safety, client enjoyment, and maintain documentation of tasks.
• Provide transportation to appointments when needed.

We are currently hiring experienced professional caregivers to provide Hourly and Weekend care for our clients in Charlotte County.

• Part Time/Full Time
• Flexible hours, Days/Night/Weekends availability

Our Caregivers are responsible for the physical care and emotional support of our clients who may no longer be able to take care of themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The ideal candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. This person will always encourage and remain empathetic to the clients

Essential Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
• Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social & emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities to include: hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
• Keep order, safety, and client enjoyment top of mind at all times
• Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed
• Detailed documentation of completion of tasks
• Report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior
• Alert Care Manager / Staffing Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift

We provide a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.
