Job summary

Dial-a-Nurse is hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides to provide hourly and weekend care for clients in Lee County. The role offers part-time or full-time options with flexible hours, including weekends, in a home-health setting.

Caregivers will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support clients determined by illness, injury, or disability, while upholding dignity and respect. Training and ongoing education credits are available.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification required or preferred.
• 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to provide empathetic and respectful care.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks in ADLs in a safe, professional manner.
• Actively engage with clients, providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care activities: hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, meals.
• Maintain safety and client enjoyment at all times.
• Provide transportation to appointments if needed.
• Document completion of tasks in detail.
• Report changes in client condition or behavior; Alert Office Manager of major changes.

We are currently hiring experienced professional Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aids to provide Hourly and Weekend care for our clients in Lee County.

Part Time/Full Time * Flexible hours / Weekends availability

Our Caregivers are responsible for the physical care and emotional support of our clients who may no longer be able to take care of themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The ideal candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. This person will always encourage and remain empathetic to the clients

Essential Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)


• Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social & emotional support


• Assist with personal care activities to include hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation


• Keep order, safety, and client enjoyment top of mind at all times


• Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed (if applicable)


• Detailed documentation of completion of tasks


• Report changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior


• Alert Office Manager of major changes or incidents during your shift
