Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline required; Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) preferred.
• 7+ years of pension risk transfer, pension consulting, actuarial pricing or modeling, asset-liability management experience or relevant professional experience, preferred.
• 4+ years of formal or informal leadership experience, including leading complex transactions, projects, technical initiatives, or cross-functional work, preferred.
• Deep knowledge of defined benefit plan design, funding, and risk-transfer mechanics.
• Advanced actuarial expertise connecting pricing, reserves, capital, asset strategy, policyholder behavior, reinsurance, and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Deal Lead for assigned PRT transactions, pricing strategy and execution.
• Develop and enhance deferred and inpay actuarial models supporting cash flow, reserves, and transaction economics.
• Provide senior management with pricing recommendations, assumptions, sensitivities and risks.
• Strengthen pricing governance, model validation, and controls with governance adherence.
