Thompson is seeking a Professional Mentor in Charlotte to provide long-term mentorship to elementary through high school youth in school, home, and community settings. Typical hours run around 11 am to 7 pm, including some Saturdays and evenings, within a 30-mile radius of Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associates degree with relevant child experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Mentor 8–12 youth in school, home, and community settings for about 16 hours per month.
• Build relationships with caregivers and partners using a two-generational approach to provide resources and referrals.
• Document outings, hours served, and contacts with families, teachers, and youth.
