SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
A Teacher in the Nashua School District is highly qualified for the delivery of specified course content,uses effective strategies for differentiation, interacts positively, professionally, showing respect with studentsand parents, expects students to learn and not fail, actively engages students in lessons that are planned aroundgrade level expectations and enhance critical thinking skills. Teachers implement instructional strategies thatcontribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences.The effective teacher inspires and empowers students in their own learning and collaborates withtheir peers regularly to align curriculum and enhance the instructional environment towards gainsin student performance goals.
